This weekend is about having fun together - good food, great company and time to relax. Join in as much or as little as you like.
Welcome reception - drinks and food from 6:00pm
Brunch at 11:00am
Ceremony at 4:30pm
Cocktail hour and canapés at 5:00pm
Dinner at 7:30pm
Followed by dancing into the night

Pool party and games from 1:00pm
Pizza truck at 6:00pm
Formula 1 race live-stream at 9:00pm
Farewell at 10:00am
We recommend flying into Bordeaux-Mérignac Airport (BOD).
Taxi is easiest. It's around a 35 minute journey.
A rental car is great if you'd like a bit more freedom.
Accommodation for the weekend is on site and covered by us - you won't need to pay or book elsewhere.

We'd love for you to dress up for the ceremony and dinner, but comfort is key. Think garden party - light fabrics, summer colors and whatever makes you feel good. We hope the weather will be warm so do keep that in mind. The weekend is relaxed, so bring comfortable clothes for daytime activities and poolside fun.
